Attendance data management

Data entered via the Personnel Attendance Control System (PDKS) is tracked and verified in Logo j-HR before being transferred to timecards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Compensation management

Logo j-HR processes timecards into accounting records and manages additional payments, deductions, debts/credits, leave, and overtime transactions from a single platform. Social Security and Retirement Fund declarations can be generated and submitted in official formats.

Tracking of employee debts and credits

Debt and credit records can be created and tracked within Logo j-HR, and payment types are defined in the system. With Employee Portal integration, reimbursements and expense claims can be entered directly by staff, accelerating the process.

Efficient training planning

The Training Management module automates planning and execution, significantly saving time. Reports on Training Requests, Needs, Evaluations, and Surveys help measure the entire process end-to-end.

Employee Portal
